
Hello, I’m Andrea. I have a Diploma in Professional Coach-Mentoring from the OCM and work as a senior leader based in the North of England. I began my career as an archaeologist and have been on my own amazing journey from supervising students in muddy trenches to now working as a director within a national heritage organisation. My interest has always been people – how to unlock the potential of individuals, teams or wider community partnerships, and how to build resilience in people and organisations.
As a leader, I’m experienced in managing the conflicting demands that come with senior roles – delivering commercial results, managing diverse stakeholder demands, and getting the best from your team. The aspect of my work which I have always found the most fulfilling is supporting people and teams to be the best that they can be. In 2014 I developed and ran a nine month leadership programme for my team, which resulted in improved performance across team leaders and career progression for all participants, and I am now working within my own organisation to support the development of our internal coaching culture.
